Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas friends and family. I had a wonderful Christmas with friends and relatives visiting. It occurred to me that it is not the gifts that are important, but the friends and the visits. People are so good giving their effort and time. Me, I am starting to feel better as the week progresses. However, I am getting closer to hospitalization. That will be a decision reached by myself, my wife, my family doctor and friends. The decision will be based on my ability to get around independently. I am not having any significant pain. Hugs seem to help the most and between Pam and Suzie I get lots of those. I had a great Christmas, love and hugs to you all. Barry

Another update

Hi friends, started another chemotherapy this week. Lots of nausea and vomiting with it. Still getting some headaches, left side weakness and vision problems. Pam, Suzie and friends are a lot of help. We went to the O.R. party Friday night, most enjoyable and got lots of hugs. Don't forget the hugs they are so important. I would hate to be alone in times like this. Mom, Dad, sister Mo, Dave and Jenn are going to be here for Christmas. Don't be afraid to tell family and friends that you love them. lots of hugs to everyone, Barry

Sorry about beling late.

My computer was on the blink, and my typing has become terrible. Hugs to everyone, even more important this time of year. My MRI this week finally showed something to be positive about. The rate of progression in size, seems to be slowing down, which is atleast something to be positive about, finally. My vision is rapidly deteriorating, I am using a cane now for stability and we have moved our bedroom down stairs, but never the less I am feeling fine and enjoying everyday, looking forward to the next. I have a lot to be grateful for. There are lots of people, particurally at this time of year, who are not as lucky as I am. Please remember the Christmas Hugs. Love you all Barry.
