That time again

Hi friends,
It's amazing what all this has done to me. Getting a scare like I
did has really changed my general outlook on life. All I see in
people now is the good. Everywhere I look all I see is good. Don't
wait for that scare. People are good. The world is good. If you
appreciate that, life is so much enhanced.
I feel great. MRI booked for Sept.26.
Give a loved one a hug today for no particular reason other than
for just being them.
A computor hug to you all,
Barry

Hello Dr. Barry,
I certainly feel the sincerity in all your little messages and the great importance of living life to the fullest. People in general are wonderful, we all have our failures but God did create us all equal. I do know the importance of the hug and that we should share with people our feelings. As a Doctor I considered you one of the best and a lot of it had to do with the person, always a laugh, a little chat about the family and the hockey. Those were things important in your life and mine at the time. You actually took the time out of your busy life to chat about something other than the health issue. Thanks very much for that. Keep up the great positive attitude and live each day as though it were your last, that is all we all have. Hugs to you and yours. Sharon Mac F

Loads of hugs to all of you. Mike and I just had a fun "adventure" to Niagra Falls last week for his Canadian conference. Saw Ted Crockett from "the Island", an old buddy of Mike's at these meetings. The week was overall fun and Mike only dumped his chair in an intersection once ...bonus!! His buddies looked the other way, embarassed as h_ll (haha)!! Love to you all and thanks for giving Andrew and Ashley such a great visit "wit' cha's awl!" xoxoxox

lots of hugs are good and also make sure you laugh , and make someone else laugh and lift a heavy load just for a minute.a laugh makes your face beam and reflects to others no matter what mood you are in laugh ,if a laugh is hard to do then a big smile will serfice .hope you are doing ok and wish, wish, wish you could come back .

Dear Barry and Pam,
So glad that you're still feeling fine and enjoying life. You are so right - every day is precious and we should make the most of it.
Paul and I will be heading up to close the cottage during Thanksgiving week, but before that, we'll be in our seats in Section 12 at the Garden , hoping to see a familiar face during the Leafs/Bruins exhibition game next Saturday! As usual in September, things are looking good for the Black and Gold!
You're always in our thoughts and prayers. Mary Beth and Paul McGrath
