Another Great Day

Hi friends,
I just got back from a great trip. Friday in Kingston Ontario I was at the junior
game there when they retired Dave's number. It was quite an honour for him
and he spoke very well. Saturday I flew to Boston where he played with
the Leafs against the Bruins. I don't know who was more thrilled, him or me.
I continue to feel great. MRI booked for Wednesday. My fingers are crossed.
I really think that all your prayers and positive thoughts are working. Thanks.
I wish I could reach through this computor and give you all a big hug.
Love and hugs'
Barry

Hello Dr. Barry, Nice that you can fly all around to those games and David must be pleased to have you there. Now I need a favor, I want you and all your friends to stretch your arms out for a huge hug to Curtis MacFadyen who is my husbands first cousin. Curtis Lives in Saint John and had one lobe of his lung removed in the summer and now has had ten radiation treatments for two inoperable brain tumors. He had a cat scan on thursday and will receive word this week as to whether the tumors Have shrunk or not. So please remember him in your prayers and hugs. My prayer list gets longer each day but am very grateful to be able to do it. Hugs to you and have a great weeek. Sharon MacF

It was terrific watching the game even on the tube! I looked for you in the crowd but you were keeping a low profile (not your usual self!). It looks as if we may not be getting a visit from Dave in the 'Peg after all! I guess the Moose will have to play on without his "gentle" input. HaHa Lots of love and hugs to you and Pam. We have all possible body parts crossed for Wednesday. Love you loads!! Mo, Mike and kids xoxoxo

Thinking of you today. Hope all goes well.
It was so great to see you in Boston and get to deliver two hugs in person! Paul took some good pictures of a certain # 40, which we'll be getting to you when we come up on the 7th. Still checking the transactions for the Leafs - so far, so good!
